Budget & Location

My budget is 2000$ and i live in Sweden, but i have a friend that lives in North America that´s going to buy the parts and ship them to me, so I´m looking on US pricing.

Aim

I do some heavy video editing and stream games. I play games like Final Fantasy XV and Witcher 3 so they can be quite demanding.

Monitors

i´m used to and plan on running a dubble monitor with 1440 @ 144 hz.

Peripherals

I have all the peripherals i need, but i do need to buy a copy of Windows

Why are you upgrading?

My old rig got stolen, but i was still in need of an update and trying to take advantage of the sales today, would apprieceate all the help I can get, so all tips and tricks i can get!

Would it be worth it to bump up the cpu to a Threadripper 2920x?

Haha and a security slot would have been perfect, if the entire office wouldnt have been robed and cleaned out!

for video editing a 1950x, 2920x or 2950x would be worth it.

this is an example of a treadripper build
