programs to view gpu clock in benchmarks

I'm trying to figure out if my card is actually boosting up its clock like it should when I'm playing games, and since XOC won't open without crashing, is there any other program I can use to view my gpu's clock speed while playing or benchmarking games?

MSi Afterburner and if you want to see your clocks while gaming install the optional Riva Tuning software that comes along.

I know how hard its bottlenecking, I'm only playing csgo because thats all the cpu can manage so it doesn't impact me.

I mean, it is bottlenecking even on CS:GO, with a CPU bottlenecking you this hard, your GPU clocks are rather meaningless

WEelllllllllllllllllll I'm putting together a new pc and the 1070ti was on sale for $380 so I bought it early for the build and am using it in the meantime. Also its not bottlenecking as hard because I'm not playing standard settings. I would rather have the 1070ti in my PC to let me get a tiny bit better settings than my old 960
