Either the speaker is blown, or it is receiving incorrect signal. Essentially the magnet is get charge that is either so low frequency that it's just moving, or the magnet can no longer properly create the correct cone movements. I've seen this on some speakers when they have faulty wiring, as well as on some speakers if they're wired in reverse polarity

i already had checked the wiring that was my first thaught and the other thing is that the other speaker is just fine and so it only can be blown but are then even the speakers moving if they are blown?

So there are two types of blown as well. A seized magnet, where it will not move at all regardless of what you do, or what you're experiencing (I don't remember the name). Essentially the coil has failed and can no longer provide the correct current to move the magnet, so it just moves it from it's maximum to it's minimum over and over producing no audio or (very) poor audio.

well i think it is blown then because it makes sound but it is nothing to compare with the other and i can't find anything about them on the internet that is sad but i still can use them together with the other speakers but if they are together i can not hear the differnce only feel it

You can always replace the speaker istelf by getting an equivalent sized one to keep the system alive. Just be sure to match the OHM rating, and if you do that, you should replace the same speaker in the other speaker box, to maintain identical quality.
