Being able to wirelessly charge

SO.DAMN.CONVENIENT.

I know some people will go: Yeah? You just put a Micro-USB in.

I know, but it still is an annoying little thing to do.

Instead I lay my Nexus 5 on the wireless charger and I am DONE.

Even topping off the battery is no hassle now.

If your phone can charge this way, buy a wireless charger.

So battery, Much convenient, Very charge. Wow.

The only down side I see with it is that it's slower. Need a quick 5 or 10 min charge? Wired is better to get a faster charge but wireless is more convenient.

Actually I have found it to be pretty fast, just as fast as with wire, but experiences may differ.

Don't you have to have a special case or something?

Sadly, someone took the wall plug and cord for my N7 so I have to use a slower 1 amp plug..

Ok I should've mentioned that I have never used wireless and that was what I read and heard. I think MKBHD said it so I say I have a reasonable source on it being slower. I think we need a side-by-side test. Up to the challenge?

I use wireless charging on my S3, it's not as fast as plugging it in but it's more convenient and works fine for an overnight charge, the S3 has direct plugs to plug a wireless charger in and it fits over the battery, so it adds no bulk either I find.

Nah, only some phones do.

Oh and that sucks. :( Also damn you! Now I desire an N7 (2013) again!

I had one for like a week, then I returned it because I am not a tablet guy, but still now I want it again despite have the One and the N5.

:o But isn't that kind of a downer when you compare the resolution and colors?

Well yeah, but there's still nothing wrong with it. Still plenty powerful, especially when overclocked. The screen is still really good too.

As someone with a Nexus 5 and who has been using a qi wireless charger since day 1, yes it is convenient. The difference in charging time is 3 hours via USB and 5-6 hours via the wireless charger.

I guess most people just deal with it. My mom just upgraded her iPhone 4, and that was only because she dropped and cracked it. (My dad still has a Droid 2)

Well I can deal with it when I have 2 great phones like these. :P I am pretty sure. Both have PPI more than enough and both are large enough and have good sound and screens.

LG WCP-300. At my job I'm often going back and forth between my desk and the server room. This thing keeps my phone juiced all day throughout the day. No more fumbling with cables. I just lay it down and pick it back up when I need it again.

When I buy another phone that's a must have for me
