No display error in Radeon R9 280

I have Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X OC 3GB Graphic card..One day When I was playing a game (Sniper Elite 4) suddenly black screen appeared..But when I restart the pc it worked perfectly..Next day When I was switched on my pc, Windows loading screen appeared and again no display..Graphic card's fans working but no display..So I thought that was an error with Windows.Then I format the disk and reinstall windows..While doing that everything was okay and my AMD Radeon card also appeared in Windows Diagnosis screen as usual..But when I was installing the Radeon driver again no display (ususally every graphic card reset the display and comeback to normal status)..but mine no display..but graphic card's fans were working..What's wrong with my GPU..I've been used it nearly 3 years and never overclocked..Please help me..Thanks for everone

 

My other system specs Core i5-4590, Gigabyte B85M MB, Team Elite DDR 3 8GB, WD Blue HDD, FSP HEXA 550+W (80+ certified) PSU
