Need help deciding between two ultrawide monitors

Hey everyone,

 

I am down to two choices regarding a 34" Ultrawide monitor and I need help on deciding which one to get. My choices are as follows:

I'm leaning towards the Samsung at the moment, but I am wondering if there is any argument to be made for the Asus?

They're essentially identical, buy the cheaper one.
