How to remove bracket from old cooler to install AIO

(Im new to pc building) So I bought a new cpu cooler called the nzxt x72 i want to install it but i dont know how to take of the bracket form my old air cooler because theres this plastic thing on the back of the mobo pls help

For the backplate on the air cooler usually once you remove the screws it falls off, some may have double sided foam tape to help hold it in place during installation.
