See power consumption in Linux?

How can the power consumption of a laptop be monitored from Linux?

Windows has a MSi control center that allows monitoring power consumption in real time. Can it be done in Linux somehow?

Same way as everything else:
With a Powermeter.

In Europe you can get cheap stuff that kinda works thrown at you for like 10€ or so...

Even MSI Control Center doesn't show you power consumption.

As Stefan said, get a power meter to plug between the wall and the PC.
