Upgrading Ram 1x 8 gb stick idk what to get

I have this 1 8gb ram stick and i want to upgrade and ive read that i can just buy another with same numbers basically

I want to buy a cheap one and saw this one on sale.

Will this one work with the current ram i have?

What should i look for when buying another stick or can i even upgrade this 1 8gb stick? 

 

Specs are i5 8600k (coffee lake)

motherboard  gigabyte Z370 HD3

idk if these will work with the ram i want to buy

It looks like it should work. Same frequency and capacity is what you're looking for, so I would be willing to try it

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
