Need help on this monitor?

Daemon Derek

I am in the market to buy a new monitor, just changed my graphics card to a 1070ti, my old 1080p 60hz is way too old now. My eye is on a MSI optix 32inch 144Hz VA panel its got a good price on it plus i like the looks, i been read and looking up until today someone just told me these have ghost in them. Anybody can tell personal does it really suck while gaming or watching moves or create some content.

If I were you I would try to get an Asus PG278Q or an Acer Predator XB271HU

Those are about the same price, but are 165hz, 1440p, AND, you get IPS for that glorious colour, and most importantly, G-SYNC

You've got an nvidia card so not taking a gsync monitor for the same price (and a nice bump in refresh rate, plus upgrade to IPS) would be silly :)

I've had two of those in the past and they are amazing. Can't recommend them enough

Thank you for the suggestion. Those two monitors are great, but little off my budget, the MSI is around 399 to 420$ mark with 144hz 32inch screen real-state that got my attention, but the ghosting news got all screwed.
