Blender Rendering: Ryzen 5 2400G vs GPU

Hello, I am a student and I want a PC for 3D Modelling. My Budget is low, around 600€. First, I would like to ask what I should use for faster rendering on Blender (static images, not animations), CPU or GPU? Also, what is the best option for that workload? I waffle back and forth between the RX 560, GTX 1050 and the CPU portion of the Ryzen 5 2400G.

Blender technically uses both during rendering, however you would get more benefit out of a dgpu

Judge the product by its own merits, not by the Company that created it.

Thanks. What do you think that is the best option for a GPU, the gtx 1050 or the rx 560?
