For gaming or what?

If gaming save up a bit more and get a 1080p 144hz free-sync display

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

It´s mainly for gaming but i am looking for an IPS monitor because it has better colors

Then grab one of the IPS 75hz displays from LG

the one you have is a TN panel, IPS or VA panels will be at least 4ms

The lowest is typically 4ms for IPS/VA

It doesn't actually matter so long as it's not like old IPS displays which were at 12ms pixel response time.
