White Lines on screen when using 1080p desktop resolution.

Nirofix

I think there was a Windows update that fixed my previous problem (Black screen after Graphics Driver install) but here is the next one:

I installed the latest Nvidia drivers. So far no problem but when I use my normal desktop resolution (1080p) I get white stripes on my screen.

When I move a window over the screen the stripes disappear where the window is.

I also tested this on another screen and the same happens

I also can't open Nvidia control center.

I don't know if this is has something to do with my 1st problem but my ports on the GPU are not working if I use display port or another HDMI port I don't get a signal too.

I also can't open Asus GPU tweak 2 if I open it I get an error: Load vender.dll fail please install VGA driver.

I can't do a screen capture with obs because a get there an error.

Sorry for my bad English (I try to do my best)
