8086K Temps/Utilization

Hey guys, 
I recently got a new CPU about a month ago, from a 6000k to a 8086k and a new AIO. 
I already have a bad airflow case to begin with which is the Entho Evolv ATX, and I was wondering what should be reasonable temps for this CPU. 

There is also a weird utilization problem where Core #5 and Core #10 are at 100% and are the hottest. What is going on here?

The CPU is not overclocked but it is on sync all cores at 5.0GHz

Also why is my Cinebench R15 score only 1587?

 

Specs:

CPU: 8086K 

Motherboard: Formula X

AIO Cooler: Corsair H150i Pro

RAM: Trident Z RGB 3000mHz 16Gb Cas16

GPU: Strix 1080Ti

Your cinebench score is what it should be and some programs aren't multi-threaded and will hog all of some individual cores. If those cores are ALWAYS pinned at 100%, then you might have something to look into.

Okay cool,
So I just disabled the current setting that were syncing all cores and now Core #10 is no longer being utilized at 100%. 
Would you happen to know why?
