Yes your motherboard will fit. (EATX is just larger ATX. ATX motherboards are 12 × 9.6 inches, EATX is usually like 12 x 10.1-10.4 in)

ATX is smaller than E-ATX. Thats why it can also support anything smaller than E-ATX, including ATX, mATX and mITX
