Powering GPU 1 plug 2 slots

SnoozyFox

So I have this computer that I initially thought will not be used for gaming but things have changed. But now I have a problem that PSU has one 8 pin cable but GPU has two slots to power it, so the question is am I forced to buy new PSU or I could get away with using splitter.

Specs are:

Ryzen 3 2200G

1TB HDD

120 SSD

8 GB DDDR4

300W Be Quiet! Pure Power 10 BN270

And GTX 960 4GB that I need to put in there.

Thanks.

GTX 960 with TWO PCIe connectors???
What are you looking at?

Those should come with one...

An alternative would be a more modern GPU like the RX560.

The thing is I already own this 960. It's my old GPU and I'm transferring it into my brother's PC.
