Are these features important on my router?

Hi,

 

Just been trying to setup my new Lifx bulb but encountering wifi connection issues.

 

So I contacted support and they told me to disable the following settings on my Asus RT-AC88u router:

 

Airtime Fairness

 

WMM APSD

 

AMPDU

 

So my question is are these features important? Also could you explain them to me what they do.
