They are the same but slacr are better for overclocking. I think they are from a better plant or later samples. I dunno. 

 

Just take the slacr, they are generally better but both are the same really

I found 2 processors on ebay for a simple machine I have. Both are the exact same albeit the letters at the end of the names. Is there an difference, and do the letters mean anything significant?

 

Processor #1 - has SLACR at the end of the name

 

Processor #2 - has FSB SL9UM at the end of the name

It appears SL9UM has a higher TDP of 105 vs SLACR's 95.
