Is NVENC on Maxwell and Pascal Support 3440x1440?

I'm buying a new monitor soon and I'd like to know if NVENC encoding supports ultrawide 1440P?

From what I remember Maxwell tops out at 4K60 HEVC and Pascal at 8K60 HEVC.

8K30 is the max on Pascal, even Turing maxes out at 8K30.

The main stream I encode / record using a GTX 1080 is 3440x1440 @ 100 FPS, which requires about the same bandwidth as 4K60. Maxwell and Pascal GPUs (1050 and up) should be able to handle at least one 3440x1440 stream at up to 100 FPS.

Ok cool. Yeah I confirmed, got the monitor and i can run shadowplay just fine.

 

Does maxwell (1st gen 750 750ti) supports a max of 4k60? I forget of 1st gen maxwell uses the same encoder as 2nd gen.

 

Reason why I'm asking is because I'm putting a 750 ti in my system in conjunction with my GTX 1080 as a pure encoder card.

Unfortunately Nvidia only has pages that show supported resolutions not FPS. 

 

I would be surprised if the 750 TI supported 4K60 encoding, when encoding 4K60 on a GTX 1050 I noticed almost 1Gb of VRAM being used and that's all the 750 TI has.

 

Not to mention that the 750 TI has lower quality encoding when compared to the GTX 1080. If you're gaming 3440x1440 @ 60FPS you will likely not see much of a performance dip while encoding with the GTX 1080.

EDIT: Looks like I was wrong, 750 TI has 2Gb of RAM, could be worth testing if you have it on hand.
