My friend wants to build a pc with a budget of $1500 and needs a monitor and peripherals aswell. Is this a good build?

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Go with a ryzen 5 2600, b450 tomahawk mobo, I'm pretty sure getting a kit of 2x8gb is cheaper than buying two singular 8gb sticks, and go with an xfx rx 580.

Changed the CPU, Motherboard, and RAM (od enough this 2x8GB RGB kit from Corsair is the cheapest 3000MHz option), also selected a better RX 580.
