Can i put a laptop hdd inside a pc and use it like a normal 3.5hdd? I'm concern about overvolting or something. Thank you

Yes, you can use a 2,5" hard disk in a regular PC, the connectors are also the same as a 3,5" drive.

Just keep in mind it doesn't have the same screw holes as a 3,5" drive, so you either need to have a 2,5" bay in your case or get a bracket for it.
