Recommendations needed for OBS networking puzzle..

Greetings everyone!
I am part of a group that does a gaming live-stream for charity once a year. We usually find some businesses, organizations, and institutions to sponsor and pay for our equipment costs. Last year we had three green screen sets, ten cameras, and eight HDMI/DVI connections porting through a Black Magic video switchboard. Ultimately dumping into a computer's Open Broadcaster Software client to be sent to Twitch.TV. The equipment (lights, screens, monitors, video switchboard, etc.) from that year billed us $2,000 roughly - for a livestream that only raised $1,125. I personally am not a fan of spending more money than we raised...

To save money this year, I would like to drop the hardware for some software solutions. Each computer / console's display & audio is streamed through its own OBS client to the Host PC or Server over LAN. The Host PC can pull from those LAN streams into its own OBS Client to stream to Twitch. I have no clue how to make the connection between the multiple OBS clients to the Host PC / Server. Anyone have a clue?

My apologies if this is confusing, let me know if I need to rephrase or diagram anything..

Thanks for the reply back @Electronics Wizardy,

Attached is a diagram for this puzzle. I am essentially trying to figure out how to make the ? connection. Is it possible for all four OBS Clients to stream directly to the Host PC? Is there a need for a server to play a middleman? If so... what would work best?

I appreciate your assistance.

Look up the ndi plugin. Its made for this use and works well well, low latency, high quality, Just install this on all the systems ahttps://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-ndi-newtek-ndi™-integration-into-obs-studio.528/

Then set the hosts as sending the ndi output, and you can use ndi as an imput on the streamer.
