thats a coffee lake chip. Its basically what a i3 used to be. It was introduced this year.

I've only heard bad things about Apevia. Not sure if the rep is warranted or not.

well its worked great for me so far! no complaints!

 

besides that anything that I should upgrade

I'd go:

 

1) Lower wattage but higher rated PSU (gold or pt)

2) GPU

3) SSD

4) CPU 

5) Case+Cooler

6) Maybe faster or more memory but you won't really feel the difference unless you use memory intensive applications

Corsair CX and above will be good for you (the CX 450). Seasonic is good. Stay away from cheap EVGA PSUs.
