can i revive a cpu

i have a processor its i7 2600 and when I try to turn on my pc it just kind of flashes while I press the power button and keeps bootloping and if I keep pressed the power buton it stays on for like 3s then it shuts itself off and then bootlop, when I turn the power of and try a i5 2400 or a Celeron it works fine 

specs rightnow

i5 2400

8gb ram

500hdd

gtx 1060 msi gaming x 3gb

btw sorry for my bad English Spanish is my primary language and I could not find any page that could help

There is no way of "reviving" a broken CPU, if that's what you're asking.

Your CPU is dead.

Warranty ends after 3 years.

You could still try to RMA but you probably won't get it.
