1070 TI Performance

I just have a quick question, I recently got a GTX 1070 TI and I was wondering what monitor I should get to go along with the upgrade? 1080p 144Hz? 1440p 144Hz? 4k 60Hz? Any suggestions and any links to monitors would be hugely appreciated, Thank you.

Or the CPU as it matters plenty on going or not high refresh rate.

I have a Ryzen 5 1600x, and I usually play games like Black Ops 2-4, DOOM, Portal 2, PUBG, TF2, LoL, Monster Hunter and CSGO, my budget is between 300$ and 400$

I don't even max 1080p 144 with this card, but in all fairness I play with a pretty big CPU bottleneck and all max settings. You should be fine with 1080p 144hz, and you could probably even do 1440p 144hz, given you lower some settings.

I would go, at a minimum, with your 1440p choice at whatever refresh rate you can afford.  Monitors tend to last a long time and I imagine longer than some of the hardware you're currently using.  You may upgrade to the next Ryzen series CPU and find you get more performance out of your 1070 ti.  I'd say find a high refresh 4k monitor, but those aren't really a thing.  Don't go 1080p.  You can't grow into 1080p unless it's 240Hz or something.
