Freezing bios blue screen death

Hello...

Blue screen death with everytime different messages and freezing bios 

CPU: i7 4790K

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS H97 PRO

RAM: CRUCIAL DDR3 4gbX4 16gb 

CPU COOLER: NEXT KRAKEN X62

POWER SUPPLY: CORSAIR RM850X

Help me please...

As far as i can see, it might be an overclocking problem, or the bios version is too old. Maybe first try to update the bios and then go on.
