Windows 10 is Internet Explorer?

I got an error today when I clicked on my pinned in the taskbar Firefox icon. I was just the another program is currently using this file, but when I looked at the process to see if it was malicious I found the following... (image attached)

I'm mainly posting because this could be interesting. Any thoughts?

It's no secret that IE and explorer (as in file explorer) have a long an intertwined history.  This is a bit odd, but not tremendously so.

Wait til he finds out that steam is basically a web browser backend.
