I bought a PS3 for around 10$. And it has 12Gb. I just bought a SSD Kingston 120 GB for my PS3.

Can someone show me a good tutorial to upgrade it ? And do the OS and backup and all that stuff. :)

For that you need to buy a PS3 Super Slim HDD Cage if you want to really do it.

With an SSD you might get away with just ramming it it, but it is very fiddly and it might get out of the Connector or cause damage. Since you asked, I'd recommend you buying a Cage wich cost less than 10€ or so.

Cage is not need, I put a 250gb 5400rpm without case, no shorts at all. it is incredibly rigid

I said that it is not needed, I said that its fiddly without a cage to insert the SSD the right way.

And that it might get out of the slot, for example when moving the console.

As for HDD: Without insulating, it will short because there is a nibble relatively close to the HDD.
