How to control my RGB Fans on ASUS Prime B350-Plus?

Can`t install AI Suite and itsays I need to hook up an aura compatible device. I have the Sharkoon TG-5 RGB and on the website it says it`s aura compatible

Wild question, but did you connect the RGB cable to the RGB header on the motherboard?

yea, it says ,,this model isnt compatible" or smth, jsut wait imma send a screen

plus, the asussetup thing immediately stops saying the os isnt supported
