27" 1440p - How Bad/Noticeable are 1 or 2 Bad Pixels?

Once you notice them you never unsee them. NEVER. (or at least thats how I am)

I have one dead pixel in the middle of my current BenQ Screen and its kind of annoying, you have to really focus on it though. The only time you see it is with rather black background.
