That's a small form factor PC so I doubt that graphics card will fit.

Grapcs card will go in the bottom slot so you will need a single PCI Height card. The cooler on your linked card may be too tall.

OP you need to take measurements in your case and then compare to the measurements of your card.  This is a super tight fit if it will fit.
