Gigabyte Z370P D3 ATX  (Motherboard)

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (Heatsink)

Corsair Vengance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 3200 (RAM)

ADATA Ultimite SU800 128GB

ASUS GTX1080 Strix

Corsair TXM Gold 650 80+

Moniter -   Acer - XG270HU 27.0" 2560x1440 144Hz

I'd really aperciate anything you guys have to say, Thanks!

This seems like a great system, really the only thing I would do is get a Hard Drive also (If you dont already plan on it) just for mass storage/games

get a better cooler especially if you plan on overclocking and get a seconday drive like a 1tb mechanical for your steam library.  otherwise looks good

Looks pretty great to me, depending on what you plan on doing for your storage config. Maybe a Samsung 970 Evo for system and softwares and a big ass 2TB HD + 240GB cheap SSD for caching (through Windows 10 or PrimoCache) for games. I pretend doing caching on mine, so I think it's a great choice.

Edit: As @xdeathshot20 said, if you plan on pushing this CPU hard, like 5GHz, you'll need better cooling, but if you don't plan on pushing it that hard, maybe 4.7GHz, you'll be fine with this cooler. I myself run my i7 2600k at 4.5GHz with a Hyper 212x and it runs in the 50-70C, and I live in Rio...

RAM: 2x16GB Netac DDR4 3200MT/s | GPU: Gainward RTX 3080 Phoenix (+212MHz / +1000MHz / -6% PL)

Storage: 2TB XPG S70 Blade, Seagate Barracuda 2TB, Samsung 850 Evo 250GB (caching the HD) PSU: MSI MAG A750GL

Get a bigger SSD too, 128GB is gonna fill up quickly

Depends on what you're doing. I myself got a 250GB 850 Evo and have no idea what I'll use my 150GB+ for after I get my HD caching config working. It all depends on what you want and how much money you want to invest.

  • Get a better cooler.
  • I'd get a larger SSD.
  • See if the 1070Ti is available at a much lower price; sometimes it is.
  • Above all else, wait for Black Friday and buy what's on sale.

Yet I have an 800GB SSD and it's already 3/4 full. Kind of a moot point what we each have, no?

Exactly, that's why I said it depends on what you want and how much you want to invest, you can go balls out with a 1TB+ SSD or get a 250GB SSD + 1TB+ HD (like I planned at first) or get 2 smaller SSDs and a 1TB+ HD and use one of the SSDs as caching. It all depends on your usage, money available and how complex/efficient you want it do be.

So, what @Crunchy Dragon said still stands true; a 128GB will run out awfully quickly. Even with regular programs.

Yes, but it might not matter depending on what you want. If I had a 128GB SSD it wouldn't matter to me, it would be close to full but would already have everything I need, and my games would go to my cached HD. I guess if the price increase is minimal, just go with more space, better to have too much than too little.

As @xdeathshot20 and @Vasllo said definitely think about upgrading the cooler, investing even a little bit extra money on a good cooler, even an AIO or higher up air cooler can help you reach higher boosts on intel turbo boost and AMD XFR(2) as well increase your headroom with respect to overclocking. Plus you don't want thermals to be higher than they could be but that's just a personal thing for me.

With respect to storage, @Crunchy Dragon nailed it on the head imo: 128 Gb SSD is just a tad too small. 250 or 500 should give you plenty of room and then the obvious back-up drive for games and such (either a mechanical high RPM 2+ TB HDD or if you can and are willing to put extra money go for an SSD). I'm currently looking to have a 500 Gb M.2 SSD for my OS and such and a 1TB SSD for games but like others have said that comes down to personal preference and what you are looking to do with your system as well as organising your storage.
