Yes you can, but no you shouldnt unless you already have the two gpus

Sell your 960(s) and buy a 980 Ti or 1070. No headaches with profiles, crappy stuttering and poor optimization, or anything like that. If you already had a 980 Ti then it might be worth it but even then were are so much better cards out.

Nope. You'll not get SLi on anything less than a Z chipset board.
