Asus Fan xpert error message.

I just downloaded fan xpert on my PC, I got an asus prime a320m-a running win 10. Whenever I got into fan Xpert/AI suite I get the error message in the pic

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version available for the motherboard? https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/Utility/AI_Suite_III_3.00.13_PPSU_1.05.13.zip?_ga=2.151522809.110897346.1540703042-1037224498.1539809594

Are you using any other software that affects fan speeds? Corsair Link is an example that can cause this issue.

Are you oc'ing?

Have you just tried using the fan settings available in the bios instead? It's pretty fully featured without having to use software in Windows.

yeah I guess, I should just use the fan settings in bios, But thanks  for the help.
