PCI EXPRESS SLOT

Hello Everyone, So it's been 10 months since my graphics card is not working. So today I was just checking the PCI-E slot to see if there's something I can do. While checking I found one of the pin the slot was not aligned properly.Attaching an image, please tell me is this normal or not.

It is the 8th pin from left.
