I have solved it!! what I did was that I connected a monitor to the DVI port and then I enabled the EPU switch and it worked!!!!!!

My computer won't start, I can't even get to the bios. Derfor I think that it is the z87-a that has failed. It's very unlikely that it is the GPU because I have two in the system. A led called "boot_device_led" is red.

Remove you storage devices and try to boot again. "Boot_device_led" sounds like, well, a faulty boot device

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

I unplugged all drives except the drive with the windows on it

I had an issue once where I would get stuck on the POST screen. To fix I had to take out everything, but GPU and one RAM stick. Then boot. Then add RAM one by one, with a boot after each addition (just getting to "no boot device" screen, as all drives are disconnected). After all the RAM was back in, I added my boot drive and then booted to Windows, then shutdown and add drive, boot to Windows, rinse repeat.
