Scrapyard Wars idea

Hey guys, I thought I'd share my idea for the next Scrapyard Wars. As we've seen, every season generally has a theme to it, water cooled pc's (without of the shelf components), performance per dollar, no internet, etc. I then thought of something, what if they did a performance/watt challenge? Not sure how big the budget should be, but I think it's really interesting, since you usually overclock and get the most as you can out of your cpu/gpu, whilst now you might prefer to run stock or even try undervolting. Plus getting a good power supply would also be important, since you'd want to draw as little power as possible and thus getting something highly rated (instead of some jank no-name PSU) could be worth spending the extra money.

I mean it's Linus, of course he'll find some way to bend the rules and cheat.

Btw, t.q. is a new low, I shake my head and move on.

 

Perhaps a good idea is to promo a local ad company and get some designs made up of silly faces to stick on the sides of the wars pc, or better yet, old scrap lcd screens from laptop duct taped onto the sides with rotating images of silly faces lmg has used.
