Aomei partition assistant pro merging partition

On my WD blue 1TB minute ago I started operation of merging two big partitions (more than 770GB used space). Mostly that used space is multimedia but couple of GB are very important files to me. Should I be worried that I started that operation of merging with that too much used space? Can something go wrong?

When doing anything with partitions things can go wrong, you should always have backups here. If you have already started, just don't touch it and hope it works well.

Merging lasted almost one hour, no error message so I guess everything went fine.

Glad things worked out, but from the sounds of it, you need a backup. Get a cheap external for backup purposes asap...

Yeah, that or, honestly, almost any external will work done for the purpose. Get something that suits your capacity requirements for now and some growth in the future.
