What voltage should I use to overclock my Phenom II X4 965 BE?

Just wondering how much voltage I would need to overclock my cpu to 4ghz

Current main PC:

 

CPU: R7 5800x (PBO undervolted)

GPU: 7900XT

RAM: 32gb Kingston Fury @ 3600mhz

MOBO: Asus ROG B550 F Gaming Wifi

CASE: Xtia Xproto ATX

 

Server PC:

 

CPU: Xeon X5690

GPU: R9 Fury X

RAM: Assorted 4gb sticks (24gb total)

MOBO: Asus Sabretooth X58

CASE: Alienware Area 51 ALX

It all depends on what it can handle. Depends on the silicon lottery. 

 

Try increasing your voltages in small percentages to be safe. 

 

For example: I can overclock my 8700k to 5Ghz with a voltage of 1.28V. 

I have known others that need to go a little higher, such as 1.34V or slightly higher.

Ok. Well I was just wondering because online the consensus seems to be 1.45 v for 4ghz

Also my cooler should be good enough i'm running a first gen wraith cooler I got as ewaste (which is better than the avc cooler I was using plus its much quieter.)
