Radeon chill causing higher frametime!

Hi,.

So i read that radeon chill cause the lowest lag, however when i set it to 73 for both min and max frame time is around 14-15ms and being volatile which cause lag or unsmooth gaming, using afterburner rive tuner capping fps to 73 i get steady 13.6ms frametime with minimal volatility.

How can that be when AMD said chill will cause less lag!

Because aftermarket OCing methods are often better. Of course AMD would tell you their software is better, because they dont want you using competing softwares
