if you consider making them yourself MDPC-X has the best materials.

You should be able to order from any EU shop without VAT so you could order from any EU-shops listed here:

The process can be a bit tedious but the result is also even more satisfying.
Keep in mind you will need all the tools too so monetarily it will not be worth it if you only do one rig.
