Slightly, but since the 10 series is still a very good option (and better value), not as much as we would like.

Depends on where you look. 1080s can be found on Ebay for 250-300 USD, a 1080Ti is just a bit more.

 

Retail prices are probably lower, but not to the extent that the used market is.

1080 ti = rtx 2080
