Constant 9-30 in Assassin's Creed Odyssey with RX 580

Slipknirvana

No matter the resolution or the settings it is always the same.

The UserBenchMark shows that the RAM latency is very high also that the GPU test fails completely.

Must of lost the screenshot of the benchmark on the game. The average latency of the CPU+GPU was around 49ms. With highs in the 70's.

No idea what to do to fix it.

Two things:

1.) Check temps, something could be throttling. Either CPU/GPU.

2.) Install latest driver from AMD website, or if you already have that, uninstall latest driver and install previous driver

Inside some old case I found lying around.

I tried the beta version, 18.3, plus 18.5. It end with the same results, I think it has something to do with the ram.

It is now noticing the GPU now that I have lowered the RAM timings/speed some. I think it is just bottlenecking the whole system.

probably a stupid question, but did you plug your cable to the monitor into your mobo? or in the gpu?

Gpu, I actually checked twice, even switched the HDMI ports. Out of 3 PC builds only one has booted up completely without any flaws.

I might have to just buy a pre-built. *shudder*
