AMD RYZEN 5 2600 6-Core: $149.99 + MSI X370 GAMING PRO CARBON AM4: $139.99 all for $210, or do you guys think there will be better deals during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday?

Is kinda good,  but yes the deals are coming soon.

Also the ryzen 1700x and 2700x prices are dropping  so you could technically wait for it

Make sure that X370 is coming with Bios updated to accept Zen+

Can't I just do a BIOS update prior to installing the cpu?

How are you gonna do that if system doesn't post?

I saw this week at a Canada Computers only a $10 difference between 1800X and 2600.  They are $220 and $230 CAD.  You might be able to find a deal on first gen 8 core for around the same price if you think you might need the extra cores.  Keep in mind though that the 1700X and 1800X have no stock coolers.
