B350 Voltage Offset not working/ over volting

My offsets aren't working and my CPU is idling at 35-45c with water cooling I have changed the offset to both + and - but it either defaults to 1.4v+ on boot or under volts my ryzen 5 1600 this didn't happen before new bios and I don't know what the old bios version was

It really doesn't matter if your CPU idles at that temp. and I'm not sure I would even worry about offsets, what happens when you reset it all to default?

CPU voltages go to 1.4 - 1.5volts and temps get really high the other day before I updated the bios my idle temps were 21c

CPU voltages go that high even at default?

I mean you could just try using Ryzen master and forcing it to be at like 1.35V if the BIOS is unreliable.

I've got the voltage to 1.255v finally but temps are 36c idle so im exporting a video through premiere pro and so far its at 51c max still not sure why idle temps are so high though must be a dodgy bios

I don't trust ryzen master that just defaults on restart even when I save a preset, I've messed around with overclocking the CPU heaps so I know its limits

I'd say that's more for a feature, only takes a few seconds to open it back up and hit apply, it makes sure your machine's state is always at default on start up.
