Ssd issues

After getting the Samsung 970 evo 250 giga

For my laptop asus ux501jw 

There is m.2 solt on the motherboard

And there a other version of my laptop come with 512 sm951 ssd

After install the ssd and boot nothing the drive maneger and the bios did not show ssd and when install samsung nvm drive is say

samsung nvm express device is not connected

Any solutions for this problem ?

Looks like the models that don't come with an sm951 and have an HDD actually use sata M.2 and not PCIe M.2:
