Wattman problem with fans

Shoudn't the fans be working as the mininum is set to 40C and current temp is 48C? What am i missing?

If u do a stress test and the fans don’t work, I don’t think they are plugged in all the way

And u might not be giving them enough voltage

they work, they just start to run at higher temps, should be controlled by bios i imagine, i just wanted them to start running at lower temps.
