how to turn off android notifications?

so i decided to start using my old Xperia tabled Z again, and the one thing that annoys me is that everytime i sue it i have a lot of notifications, that i have already read on my phone, on the lock screen and stuff. 

 

because i only use it to watch youtube and similar things. 

 

it's running android 5.0 (yea i know it's old)
