Issue with usb ports dropping out.

Lately I have been having this issue with my usb devices dropping out for a second and then reconnecting. This all started after I worked on re overclocking my system. It wasn't anything crazy just some small tweaks. I have since then set my settings back to default clock settings, checked my drivers and made sure all of my power cables were in properly. Does anyone know whats happening did I maybe mess up my mobo or cpu, or is it another problem altogether?

 

System specs

CPU: i5 4690k

Mobo: ASUS Z97 pro

Memory: 24 Gigs od hyperx DDR 3

PSU: Roswill Photon 850 Gold

GPU: R9 Fury X
