Posted October 13, 2018 My personal favorite is Linux Mint, and I think the most recent release is something like 18.04. It's relatively lightweight and easy to run on less powerful systems, although most of the times I've used it is on a netbook with a single core Intel Atom CPU that couldn't run even the most lightweight OS smoothly anyways...
